Rochester College & Specs Howard School are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their educational partnership with the announcement of a renewed articulation agreement!

Previously Specs Howard School graduates were able to transfer up to 24 credits to Rochester College's Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication degree program.  Under the new agreement, graduates of the Broadcast Media Arts, Graphic Design, and Digital Media Arts programs will be able to transfer up to 33 credit hours.
